Game days for the Academy Program are some of the most fun days for the kids and also for the parents. Game day happens every Saturday with the primary idea of letting kids play soccer without any coaching and with few rules and regulations. We let the kids enjoy the game and allow them to start making decisions for themselves on the field. In addition to being a great opportunity for kids to enjoy themselves and learn to work in groups, it is also a way for them to get to know each other and start building friendship that will last for years.

In addition, every week the Academy Staff will name “players of the week” and “offensive player the week.” The names will be posted at our website. The Academy Staff will name the players by age group.

Saturdays Game Schedule at Johnny Long Training Academy

• Carl Cowan Park group ages 5-6 years old will be playing from 9:00 to 9:45
  
•  US CELL and Academy Park group ages 5-6 years old will be playing from 9:45 to 10:30
  
•  Carl Cowan Park group ages 7-8 will be playing from 10:30 to 11:15
  
•  US CELL and Academy Park ages 7-8 will be playing from 11:15 to 12:00
