· Academy Select Teams are formed on an invitation only basis. This means that players are either invited or “selected” to play on a team by the Director, or win a spot on the team during the annual team placement and evaluation sessions held annually.
· To participate, players must use our on-line registration system to register for competitive tryouts or once placed on a team by a director, select the Academy site they wish to participate and the "Academy Select Upgrade" under the program selection section of the registration system.
· Club Fees do not include Team Fees (those cost associated with operating a team including but not limited to tournament fees, league fees, referee fees, field fees, equipment (cones, pennies), coaches per diem (meals, hotel, and gas for out of town travel) or the cost of uniforms.
· Team Fee Maximums: Academy Select: $150 (Max/12 week season). See Policies & Procedures Manual for information on additional event requests.

· The Club Fee schedule above represents the cost to participate in the full soccer year, as described above.
· All players wishing to participate in the Travel Competitive Program must participate in the Tryouts/Player Evaluation Sessions held annually.
· To participate in our programs, players must use our on-line registration system to register, select the programs they wish to participate in and pay.
· Club Fees cover player training, referee training, field maintenance and rentals, coaches pay and training and other operating and administrative costs.

· Competitive players have two payment options available. They may either pay in full or abide by the installment plan outlined on www.fcallianceknox.org/travel.
· Club fees can be paid by check or credit card. If mailing a check, please allow 5 days for processing. A late fee of $25 will apply to any payment received past the due date. A failure to fulfill the financial obligations will result in the suspension of your son’s/daughter’s eligibility to play with FC Alliance until all payments and applicable late fees are current.
