PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Premier Program is comprised of top level players within FC Alliance. Teams within the Premier Program are Black and Red level teams playing 11v11 soccer.  Premier teams typically play at the Division I Level in the Tennessee State Tournament, the State League, Region III Premier League and in competitive tournaments throughout our region. The Premier Program provides highly skilled and motivated players a unique opportunity to train, play and develop in one of the top soccer environments in East Tennessee.   Players selected to participate in this program are typically ambitious athletes that possess elite individual and group ball mastery skills, in addition to advanced tactical awareness. Players must also have a strong work ethic and be committed to the required strength and conditioning to compete at this level.    Our program is designed to help each player achieve their unique athletic goals. For some players those goals may only be to make their middle school or high school teams, and for others, their goals may be to play on an Olympic Development Program (ODP) team or make a college program.
