Campbell County Academy Blasts Off
New FC Alliance program features teams and league

Soccer in East Tennessee just continues to grow.  This season, FC Alliance has added the Campbell County Academy to a ballooning list of academy locations.  Approximately 150 players train and play at Lafallote Middle School throughout the week.  The program was actually an existing program which joined FC Alliance to accelerate growth and take training to a higher level.  The area is rich with athletes and potential, as multiple club directors have made their way north to work with teams and players.

The ultimate goal is to tranistion the top players to competitive soccer when they get older, and also provide a solid training environment to grow the sport at the middle school and high school level throughout the Campbell County area.  The program draws players from a long list of communities, including Lafallote, Jacksboro, Jellico, Caryville and even several surrounding counties.

FC Alliance Academy Director Darrick Lubell appointed top academy coach Lauren Rosch to run the program.  Rosch serves as the league organizer and leads skills sessions for all the players.  For information on how to join the Campbell County Academy, contact Lubell at (865) 599-1568.
