To say that the US Cellular Soccer Complex was a busy place on April 24 would be a major understatement. Parking lots were packed, fields were crowded, and more than 100 soccer players were squaring off in two rounds of games. The jamboree featured FC Alliance teams only, as some of the club’s best talent was on display. Teams were matched up based off ability, as many of the contests were settled by a goal or less. The concept of intraclub play has been embraced by coaches since the club’s inception. Not only can the quality of play be controlled, but the atmosphere is relaxed and fun.
