FC Alliance's Stevie Thompson Named All-American
Becomes club's fifth All-American in the last two years

Another year, another FC Alliance All-American.  Stevie Thompson, who played for FC Alliance root coaches U8-U18, earned high school All-American honors this month.  The honor was bestowed upon him by the National Soccer Coaches of America Association (NSCAA).  Last year, Thompson’s teammates Tim Baker and Arturo Rocha earned the same award.  Thompson led local high school powerhouse Christian Academy of Knoxville to their second consecutive state championship.

Thompson, a senior midfielder, scored 25 goals for the Warriors this season.  The Knoxville News-Sentinel named him PrepXtra Player of the Year and he was named All-State by multiple media outlets.

At FC Alliance, he was a member of the highly successful 94 Boys Black, who won numerous state championships and Premier League titles.
